To review, how each day will work is:

  2. Read the law’s “Words of Power”
  3. Repeat them 7 times.
  4. Create your own “My Words of Power”
  5. Repeat them 7 times.
  6. Take a few moments to reflect on the day
  7. Record any insights that come to you

Ok, let’s get started …

First, get out your “Amazing Life” book and read the chapter “Week 1 – Day 7 –  The Law of  Appreciation of Life.”

The “Law of Appreciation of Life”  states that your life works easier when you are in a state of gratitude. So appreciate everything!

Dr. Demartini points out that you have more vitality when you have appreciation than you do at any other time, so stop, reflect and think about what you could give thanks for. Soon it will become a habit and your life will run much,much smoother!

Let’s practice by reading today’s “Words of Power” out loud 7 times ….

“Law of Appreciation of Life” Words of Power

  • I appreciate my life.
  • My life appreciates in value as I learn to appreciate life.
  • My spirit and soul, my mind and heart, and my brain and body are all one when I’m appreciative.
  • Regardless of the pleasure or pain, I appreciate the blessings of my life.
  • I am fulfilled because I appreciate my life.
  • I take time every day to think of all that I am grateful for.
  • Thank you for all that is – as it is.

Next, create your personal “My Words of Power” using your own language and any phrases from the day that inspire you. Write them in your book and then read them out loud 7 times…

Finally, reflect upon the question, “How can I Use the Law of Appreciation of Life today to fulfill my life’s purpose, dreams, and objectives?” Record any insights that come to you in your book.

Congratulations, you are one step closer to living that amazing life that you deserve!
